Dick Boyce Joins Hunt Oil
Richard Boyce begins his career at Hunt Oil as Chief Geophysicist, beginning decades of work identifying and evaluating oil and gas opportunities across Africa, the Middle East, and the Americas.

JAWF Basin Discovery
Led discovery of 300M+ barrels of oil and 2 Tcf of natural gas. Established 50,000 bbl/d production. Added billions in value to operator balance sheets.

Canje Block Pre-Discovery Positioning
Secured frontier acreage before any basin discoveries were made. Led two farm-out transactions, bringing in ExxonMobil and TotalEnergies as supermajor partners.

EAST TEXAS
Bossier Shale Deep Wildcat
Led identification and drilling of a ~19,500 ft. wildcat well. Discovery flowed approximately 15 MMcf/day of natural gas. Extended the proven producing trend into a new productive fairway.

Delaware Basin — 200K Acre Position
Developed prospects across a 200K+ acre Permian position. Secured a supermajor partner to drive ~$60M in lease bonuses and negotiated a multi-well drilling carry worth an additional ~$60M.

Wolfcamp Trend — Ahead of the Boom
Recognized early the Wolfcamp trend from the Midland to Delaware Basin. Helped clients secure strategic acreage ahead of broader activity. Position ultimately monetized at approximately a 10x return.

Dead Basin Revived
Identified multi-zone redevelopment in a basin long thought depleted. Drilled wells currently flowing ~2,000 BOE/day. Asset now supports Dolomite's founding ORRI position.
